Welcome to 422 OceanFire Island Pines422 Ocean is a 4 bedroom ocean front beach house that has private access to the beach, a beach front pool and a hot tub on the roof with unobstructed views of the beach and the bay.

Share PriceThe price for a 1/4 share is $2,437.50. This does not include expenses, etc. There is an additional 10% security deposit to cover any potential damage to the house (not to worry, we didn’t have any damage last year) The landlord also used the deposit to deduct the house expenses (pool and hot tub maintenance, electricity, propane, etc) so we don’t need to collect extra money for those expenses. Weekly ChargesWe do collect money at the beginning of the season for the cleaning services as we pay this each week. We also collect money each weekend ($55 - $60) for food and supplies. People bring supplies out and we also sometimes get food on the island. We usually cook dinner at the house on Friday and Saturdays and have food for breakfast and lunch.
